A Year To Remember

Your YMCA has been focused on making communities stronger during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you to all of our members and supporters for staying with us and enabling us to make such an impact.

BRIGHT BEGINNINGS

While our Bright Beginnings program looked a little different this year, we were able to provide over 1,700 children with clothing and school supplies.

STUDENT SUPPORT

The YMCA supported frontline workers by offering emergency childcare. We then expanded to our K-5 Student Support Centers to assist kids through their virtual schooling.

FOOD BANK DONATIONS

We partnered with local food banks throughout our area to collect over 11,900 pounds of food and $5,700 in donations.

BLOOD DRIVES

Partnering with the American Red Cross, the YMCA hosted 15 blood drives. We collected over 575 units of blood. We’ll be able to impact 1,700 lives through these donations.

TEEN LEADERS CLUB

100 teens met virtually and earned volunteer hours through service projects.

Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
