This program offers advanced training for strength and endurance conditioning as well as weight-loss. The group sessions focus on the use of free weights, plyometrics, and performance-based circuit training to take your fitness to the next level.

Advanced Adult Conditioning
This program offers members the opportunity to achieve an advanced level of sport conditioning. This 8-week course develops strength, endurance, and lower body composition. Participants also receive free wellness testing and nutritional consults.
