Cardio Fitness Training
Aerobic capacity (VO2 max) testing is now available. This involves an incremental walking or running test on a treadmill. Analysis of heart rate at incremental sub-maximal levels will be used to determine aerobic capacity. This is an excellent tool to track progress and determine exercise training intensity to enhance your cardio fitness. Testing is conducted by a certified YMCA fitness specialist.
