10K Training Team
Prepare to run, walk or jog in the UKROPS Monument Avenue 10K marathon! Participants train for 10 weeks with a certified coach, receive a professional training guide, and free nutritional seminar.
Intensity Level of This Program: High
5 Weeks to 5K
This program prepares the first-time competitor to complete their first challenge event, a 5K walk/run. Classes consist of biweekly meetings including training techniques and a group walk/run. At the conclusion of the program, participants are physically prepared to complete their first race.
5K Race
On your mark, get set, go! You’ll feel great when you cross the finish-line after running in our 5K (3.1 mile) race. All running levels welcome! All runners receive a tee-shirt; awards for fastest male and fastest female runners. Children’s fun-run too, ages 7-12!

8 Weeks to 8K
This program prepares the first time competitor to complete their first challenge event, the Shamrock 8K. Classes consist of biweekly meetings including training techniques and a group walk/run. At the conclusion of the program, participants are physically prepared to complete their first race.
8K Race
On your mark, get set, go! You’ll feel great when you cross the finish-line after running in our 8K (5 mile) race. All running levels welcome! All runners receive a tee-shirt; awards for fastest male and fastest female runners. One Mile Fun Run too!

Color Me Healthy 5K
Get ready for the most colorful fun-filled day of your life! The Color Me Healthy 5K keeps you excited during the entire race! Families can get a great workout and have fun with color. All running levels welcome! Participants receive a race-day bracelet, color packet, and a pair of sunglasses. Get your friends and family pumped up for this amazing color-blast event!
One Mile Fun Run
On your mark, get set, go! You’ll feel great when you cross the finish-line after running in our One Mile Fun run. All running levels and ages are welcome; overall male and female winners receive a trophy.
