Wing Chun – a form of Tai Chi
Wing Chun is a gentle form of martial art similar to Tai Chi but easier to learn. It involves simple yet precise movements that flow from one technique to another. Participants can expect to improve coordination and overall flexibility. Decreased back pain, improved muscular balance and improvements in posture may also be perceived. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
