The movements in Ai Chi are graceful and rhythmic, actions are simple, but emphasize balance and body control. This gentle form of exercise is appropriate for this-new-year-lose-weight-and-keep-it-offall levels.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines. All classes are not offered at all locations.
