Exercise with your baby!  Men and women of all skill and fitness levels are welcome.  Enjoy playful exercise routines that build your body while building a strong bond with your newborn child.  This class focuses on toning, stretching and flexibility.  Parents will lift their children while exercising.  In addition to your baby, bring your child’s favorite toy, rattle, pacifier and blanket.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.

All classes are not offered at all locations.
