Cycling puts less strain on your joints and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The benefits of cycling are both mental and physical and can reduce your risk of health problems such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis.

Cycle and Abs:

Get a great indoor group-cycling cardio workout. Work on all your abdominal muscles including upper, lower, obliques and transverse.

Easy Rider:

The purpose of this class is to prepare the participant, new to group indoor cycling, for the ride of their life. The participant learns bike setup, safety, and the different cycle drills.

Intensity Level: All

Group Cycling:

Indoor cycling classes simulate outdoor cycling experiences. Classes use a combination of visualization and music cues with self-directed resistance to experience a personal level of exercise intensity.

Intensity Level: Medium/High


Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
