Total Body Fitness
Total Body Fitness class lives up to its name. This class meets twice a week and systematically works to improve your total body. Strengthen and tone large and small muscles, improve cardio and respiratory systems, and increase flexibility, range of motion, and spinal health. You’ll achieve noticeable improvement of balance, coordination, stamina, endurance, strength, flexibility, posture and confidence. The intensity level of this class is Low/Medium.
Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
All classes are not offered at all locations.
