Exercising in the water is fun and the Y offers a variety of classes, both in shallow and deep water, so you’re sure to find a class that meets your needs. It’s a great way to regain strength and agility when recovering from a surgery or injury, and it is a way to get exercise without fear of falling or other impact injuries.
The Y offers a wide variety of water exercise classes. Most water exercise classes are FREE with your membership.
Shallow Water Classes:
Shallow water classes are low-impact and may include the use of foam weights or noodles.
