A moderate-to-high intensity class that focuses on cardiovascular fitness and muscle toning in deep water.

Intensity Level: Medium/High

Deep Water Walk/Jog

Looking for a fast and fun way to exercise? Try water walking/jogging classes. Warm-up, cool down and plenty of water walking/jogging exercises wearing buoyancy belts in the deep end. No swimming experience is needed. This is a moderate-to-high intensity aerobics class, with no impact, designed to increase cardiovascular and muscle strength while building stamina.

Intensity Level: Low/Medium

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
