Intro to Sychrosynchronized swimming

Synchronized Swimming is a combination of swimming and gymnastics, with a touch of ballet, put to music. If you love to swim and want to learn to dance in the water with gymnastic-like moves, give “Intro to Synchro” a try! Prerequisite: must be able to swim one length of the pool, tread water for 1 minute and be comfortable in deep water.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
