Swim for Fitness

Swim for Fitness

Encourages and promotes fun, fitness and stroke development. Practices are directed by a coach on deck who provides assistance in training, technique and stroke development. Accommodates all skill levels. Must be at least 18 years old.

Each YMCA location creates their own schedule of group exercise classes to offer and classes are rotated to keep workouts new and fresh so members stay engaged with their routines.
