Karate provides the opportunity to achieve increased balance, strength, self-discipline, self-confidence, and harmony of spirit, mind and body. Participants develop skills at their own pace. Students improve fitness, coordination and balance.

Teen Karate
Karate helps teens to increase confidence, physical fitness, and concentration. Participants develop skills at an individual pace while improving fitness, coordination, and balance.
Tae Kwon Do
Individuals of all ages increase confidence, physical fitness and concentration power. Participants develop skills at their own pace. Students improve fitness, coordination and balance.
American Open Style Karate
Learn ways to bend, move, kick and punch while toning muscles. Karate teaches self defense, builds self confidence and participants learn discipline, respect, responsibility and better concentration. This class is taught by the Martial Arts School.
Kids Kickn’ It (Youth Kickboxing)
Kickboxing increases alertness, endurance, flexibility and harmony among your body parts and senses;it’s a great way for children to be active and healthy.Ages 6 and up.
Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts Training
Learn basic skills of various martial arts that combine to form one of the country’s fastest growing martial art forms. Principles and techniques for sparring, striking and grappling are taught in this full-contact class.
