Workouts are broken into 3-minute “rounds” just like a real boxing match. Bodyweight moves and a fat-blasting cardio spike in every round.
MX4: MX4 programming is group training that revolves around the four pillars of functional fitness: cardio, power, strength, and endurance.
POUND®: POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics, and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. SilverSneakers Classic®: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Zumba®: When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring. It’s easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
LES MILLS CORE®- Build your core strength and tone your abs, butt, and legs with CXWORX, a 30-minute workout focused on your core.
INSANITY®- A full-body workout that includes bodyweight and high-intensity intervals both cardio and strength training. Workouts mainly consist of combination exercises.
