Are you interested in helping your community and making a big difference? If you are, volunteering in child care at the YMCA is a fantastic opportunity. As a volunteer, you'll spend time with kids, helping them learn and have fun in a safe environment. You'll be a part of their growth and development, positively impacting their lives. Opportunities include homework helpers, child watch, and more. 
 

STEPS TO BECOMING A VOLUNTEER

Step 1
Volunteer helping child with homework.

Complete the Volunteer Matters profile and apply for a volunteer opportunity.

Step 2
A volunteer playing building blocks with kids.

Complete background check and sign off on Code of Conduct Online/Social Media, Confidentiality Statement Form, and Emergency Communication Procedures.

Step 3
Volunteer doing activity with child.

Complete Child Abuse Prevention training.
